My name is Ian and I have worked for Right at Home for the last three years. I started with Right at Home as a carer, having no experience in this industry as my previous working background was in retail, I love the job and progressed my role by training and now work in the office as quality assurance & compliance officer.

I am passionate about looking after people and enjoy the new challenges this role is giving me.
